1. No Cancellations or Transfers

All purchases made on our platform are final. Once payment is successfully processed and access is granted to the purchased mock tests or learning modules, your service is considered delivered. Therefore:
Purchases cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
Purchases cannot be transferred to another user under any circumstance.

2. No Refunds for Used or Accessed Products

Payments made for mock tests or any digital product will not be refunded once the product has been accessed or used in any way. This includes, but is not limited to:
Viewing or attempting any questions within a mock test or module.
Logging into the purchased content and initiating usage.
Downloading any associated reports, answer keys, or study materials.
This policy is aligned with the nature of digital content consumption, where usage begins immediately upon access.

3. Valid Refunds (Duplicate Payments Only)

Refunds will be issued only in the following specific case:
You made multiple successful payments for the exact same product under the same user account.
In such verified cases, the excess amount will be refunded to you after our internal verification process, typically within 7-10 business days.

4. Clarification Before Purchase

To ensure you make an informed decision, we strongly encourage all users to:
Carefully read the detailed product descriptions for each item.
Review the product posters/details and FAQs available on each product page.
Utilize the Free Demo feature (where available) to experience the platform and content quality before making a purchase.
Every module clearly states whether it includes mock tests only, or also contains study material/video lectures (if applicable).

5. Abuse of Refund Process & False Complaints

To protect the integrity of our services and platform:
Any misuse of the refund claim process, including threatening behavior or attempts to influence outcomes unethically, may lead to immediate account suspension and/or permanent termination of access to our services.
Making false complaints or publicly misrepresenting our services without basis may invite legal action under applicable laws, including but not limited to sections related to defamation (e.g., Section 499 & 500 of the Indian Penal Code) and other relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We reserve the right to report such actions to relevant legal or regulatory bodies.
