Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nism Exams Test Prep (www.nismexams.in), we provide high-quality digital learning resources to help students prepare effectively for NISM Certification Exams. Since our products are delivered instantly upon purchase, the following terms apply to refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Products - No Cancellation After Purchase

Once access to any purchased digital product is provided, the service is considered delivered. Therefore:
(a) Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.
(b) Purchases cannot be transferred to another user or account.

2. Refunds for Duplicate or Failed Payments

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment - Full refund after verification
• Payment deducted but access not activated - Full refund or access restored
• Failed transaction but amount deducted - Refund as per gateway timelines

3. Wrong Product Purchased (Replacement Policy)

If a wrong module is purchased:
(a) Access will be shifted to the correct course of equal value.
(b)If the correct course has a higher price, the difference must be paid.
(c) Refunds are not provided in this case.

4. No Refunds for Accessed or Used Products

A refund is not possible if:

• Mock tests have been attempted
• Study material / PDFs have been downloaded
• Video lectures have been viewed
• Login shows multi-device misuse

5. Case-by-Case Review (Discretionary)

Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually. This is not a guaranteed approval and remains at the sole discretion of NISM Exams Test Prep.

6. Refund Request Timeline

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
